Thank you for shopping with Shezella. We are committed to delivering your beauty essentials safely, quickly, and reliably. Please read our shipping policy carefully before placing your order.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next available business day. You will receive an email confirmation with your tracking number as soon as your order has been dispatched.

Please note that during peak seasons, promotional sales, or high-demand periods, processing times may extend by 1 to 2 additional business days. We appreciate your patience and will always keep you informed.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to all 50 US states including Alaska and Hawaii. We also offer international shipping to selected countries. If your location is not available at checkout, please contact us at pkshezy@gmail.com and we will do our best to assist you.

Free Shipping

We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $50 within the United States. The free shipping discount will be automatically applied at checkout once your cart reaches the qualifying amount. No coupon code needed.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number and a link to track your package in real time. You can also visit our Track Order page at any time and enter your order number and email address to see the latest status of your shipment.

Please allow up to 24 to 48 hours after receiving your shipping confirmation email for the tracking information to become active in the system.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

Shezella ships from overseas fulfillment centers to provide you with the best quality products at affordable prices. All prices displayed on our website are in US Dollars (USD) and are inclusive of product costs only.

For domestic US orders, there are no additional customs or import duties. International customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes charged by their local government. These charges are not included in our product or shipping prices and are non-refundable.

Lost, Stolen or Delayed Packages

Shezella is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery by the carrier. If your tracking information shows your order as delivered but you have not received it, we recommend:

  • Checking with neighbors or building management
  • Checking all entry points and mailbox areas
  • Waiting 24 to 48 hours as packages are sometimes marked delivered early
  • Contacting your local post office or carrier directly

If your package is confirmed lost by the carrier and was never delivered, please contact us at pkshezy@gmail.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we will open an investigation and work to resolve the issue promptly.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. Shezella is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error in your shipping address, contact us immediately at pkshezy@gmail.com within 12 hours of placing your order. We will do our best to update the address before your order is dispatched. Once an order has been shipped we are unable to redirect it.

Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal to accept, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Please note that additional shipping charges may apply for reshipped orders.

Split Shipments

If you order multiple items, they may be shipped separately from different fulfillment centers depending on stock availability. You may receive more than one tracking number. There is no additional charge for split shipments.

Delays Beyond Our Control

Shezella is not liable for shipping delays caused by circumstances beyond our control including but not limited to:

  • Natural disasters or severe weather conditions
  • Customs and border inspection delays
  • National holidays or postal service disruptions
  • Global events affecting international logistics
  • Carrier operational issues

In such cases we will communicate any known delays as quickly as possible and work to resolve your order in the shortest time frame available.
